Add the entire content of Sadaf Tabouli mix to 3 cups of cold water.

Add 1/4 cup olive oil, 3 medium diced tomatoes drain excess water seeds removed and 3 tablespoons lime or lemon juice. For extra flavor, add some chopped mint.

Cover and allow to chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes prior to serving.
